Accounts Receivable Associate

This position is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable and chargebacks. Strong attention to detail required. Factor, collection and charge back experience necessary. High School diploma and 1-2 years experience in Accounts Receivable. College degree is a plus.

Customer Service Representative

This position manages specified accounts with independent, specialty, and major department stores. 2-4 years experience required and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Designer

This position is responsible for developing new products representing the Steve Madden brand. Chosen candidate will study markets, shop retail stores, and source materials to establish trends. A college degree in the arts, 3-5 years experience in fashion related industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD is preferred. Sketching skills are a must.

Director of Product Development

This position is responsible for the development of multiple product lines and managing a design team with proven ability to establish and develop assortments. 3-5 years experience with extensive knowledge in footwear componentry. Microsoft Office and CAD preferred.

Lan/Wan Administrator

This position manages and facilitates the company use of PC’s and hybrid networks. 1-3 years experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Must have extensive knowledge of hybrid networks including Novell, NT and IBM AS400. VOIP administration experience necessary.

Sr. Programmer Analyst (Accounting)

This person must be able to design, develop, and analyze business system applications in a state of the art multi AS 400 environment. Must be able to code in RPG III and RPG IV. Creates, updates, and maintains all programs for retail, wholesale, finance, warehouses and First Cost division. Knowledge of Lawson preferred. Wholesale systems experience is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years experience required.

Sr. Programmer Analyst (EDI)

This person must be able to design, develop, and analyze business system applications in a state of the art multi AS 400 environment. Must be able to code in RPG III and RPG IV. Manages current EDI relationships with customers. Acts as the main contact for all EDI questions, surveys and related activities A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge is required. Minimum 3-5 years EDI related experience required preferably in the wholesale footwear industry.

Retail Construction Project Manager

This position is part of the office support team that is responsible for all retail construction project implementation and follow up. College Degree in related field and previous retail operations and construction experience required. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Good interpersonal, time management and organizational skills needed.

PC Support Coordinator

This position provides on-site field support to customers including installation, servicing and repairing of PC and printer systems and equipment. HS Diploma and 2 or more years of field support experience. Experience working with a company’s hardware, software and equipment products preferred. Experience working with customer technology and support requirements preferred.
