Q: What is a Steve Madden Gift card?
A: It looks and acts like a debit card. You choose the amount, and the person you give it to can redeem it on whatever they wish in the amount you specified (up to $250).
Q: How can I redeem my Steve Madden Gift Card?
A: At this time Gift cards can ONLY be used at our Steve Madden Retail Stores. The card keeps track of the balance, so you can use one gift card on numerous purchases. You can check your balance by calling (800) 426-0282.
Q: Are there shipping charges on gift cards?
A: Shipping for Gift Cards is $4, sent via UPS Standard. If merchandise items are included in your order, regular fees will apply. Gift cards are sent separately from merchandise items ordered at the same time.
Q: How do I return something I purchased with my Gift Card?
A: When using a gift card, please do not discard it after use. If you choose to return any of the merchandise purchased with it, the value of the merchandise will be credited back onto your gift card.

- Coupons and discounts can not be applied for gift card purchases.

- Steve Madden will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Steve Madden Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
- Steve Madden Gift Cards can ONLY be redeemed in Steve Madden retail stores.
