Shipping for Gift Cards is $4, sent via UPS Standard. If merchandise items are included in your order, regular fees will apply.
Maximum 5 Gift Cards per transaction.
Coupons and discounts can not be applied for gift card purchases.
Sales tax will not be applied for gift card purchases. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items.
Steve Madden will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
