What makes you move?
Music! Whether it's discovering new music or throwing back classic MJ (Michael Jackson), music always gets me moving.
What's your biggest motivation?
My own personal growth and progression inspires me to strive for more. Being around others who are hard working is infectious and as a trainer, helping others work towards personal growth keeps me motivated!
How do you kick it?
Working in NY, it's hard to find down time, but when I do, I enjoy kickin it in the park, going to concerts, and indulging in the food culture of this amazing city.
How do you start your day?
First decision is always "which shoes??", then it's off to the studio where I get to work with a wide range of people, teaching and inspiring to live a little healthier.
