We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Free Returns or Exchanges in one of our Steve Madden Retail Stores
For your convenience, we accept online returns at Steve Madden stores (only stores in the USA excluding Colorado, Utah and Savannah, GA locations). We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items (prices ending in .99), masks, mask filters and earrings may not be returned or exchanged. All handbags and , clothing/apparel,accessories must have original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging to the store. Return via Mail
You can print a shipping label and drop off your return at a FedEx location. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment.
