RETURNS:

For your convenience, we accept returns for online orders at Steve Madden stores (only stores in the USA excluding Colorado, Utah and Savannah, GA locations). We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Center or via phone, Live Chat or e-mail. You will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label. You can either print a shipping label and drop off at FedEx location, or you can take your item(s) in to a Happy Returns Return Bar to get your refund initiated immediately. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

We love our open-toe slingback; no-frills, clean design, and kinda unconventional (in a good way). And the recycled materials used to make it ensure Mother Earth is taken care of.

Compared to traditional polyurethane, water-based PU is free of harsh solvents that cause pollution risks to local ecosystems. It also takes less energy to produce and creates less waste in the manufacturing process.

Our recycled outsoles are made with soles from pre-loved shoes and other materials leftover from the footwear industry.
