Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"The leather on the shoes is soft and flexible I have wide feet so I usually don’t fit into a lot of Steve Madden shoes but this one is perfect, it’s true to size! I tried on the calico tabi and it was not as wide as the Calara! Steve Madden we need more colors in the Calara, thank you!"
