Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

They run true to size length wise but are very wide in the heel area and this causes them to feel loose and my heel slips in and out too much. I had to put heel pads in them but that didn’t help as it’s the width that is too big in the back. I can’t go down a size or my toe will hit the end of the shoe and be too short. Otherwise they are really nice."
