RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"Beautiful boots, but I really wish the sizing was more accurate. I think that’s an area of improvement for Steve Madden. These are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchange. And they are huge. Either I’m gonna try to sell them or two socks. I have very large calves though, and I’m surprised that these are normal fit and they fit around my calve so if you are a large calf girly these will likely fit. It’s the actual foot part that’s huge. They run a lot bigger. I would say they probably run a full-size to a size and a half too large."

"I love the boots and I sually order a size 5. 5 from you guys. But the boots feel so tight around the sides of my feet and the part where the boot curves at the top feels like it’s pressing against my bone… not sure if I need to size up but that’s why I took off a start. Love the style!"

"I'm always skeptical when buying new boots because of comfortability but these are actually super comfortable and true to size. I wore them to a concert to "break them in" but they didn't hurt at all. I plan on wearing them to festivals! Super cute and comfortable all around."

size up for calves, not your foot

"i measured my calves before ordering and read tons of reviews because i've wanted these boots forever and i finally bought them for myself as a birthday gift. my calves were exactly 15 inches at their widest circumference and based on reviews i chose to size up to a 9 when i typically wear a 8-8.5/sometimes 9. now that i have them on, standard calf, i can say that foot wise an 8-8.5 would've been fine but despite the recorded calf size for the boot being wider than my calf, it's still tight while i wanted a loose fit. the wide calf was sold out at the time i ordered so i'll cope but prior to this i wasn't certain if i had "wide calves" and safe to say that according to steve madden, yes i do. size up for your calves, not your shoe size. otherwise like i said, ill cope with the fit being different than i anticipated, but theyre super cute and not uncomfortable in any way other than me having boots fitted to my calves when im not used to wearing taller boots"

Quality meh

"Style 10/10 they’re so cute and pretty comfortable. I did size up to a 7.5 I’m usually a 7, I felt the 7 was a little tight in my toes. Took some stars off because the quality is not worth 160$. I’ve worn the boots twice and both times I’ve noticed some of the brown coloring of the boot has come off both times I’ve worn them. Which is weird because I haven’t really been doing anything abnormal in them just walking or standing in them but they’re oddly marked up. I do love them but wish the quality was better"
