Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"Beautiful red! I love that they don’t have metal hardware so I can pair with gold or silver accessories. If you have narrow feet, size down a half size. The front of the shoes is very long and the leather is very soft so they mold to your feet. If you get your normal size, I think the front will begin to curl up over time which would make the shoes look funny and abnormally long. I love the fit and they are comfortable straight out of the box!"

"Not even joking bought two other brands in two sizes each and returned all of them! So I thought I’d give these a try and it was the best decision I could have made they are so so comfy it feels like you have slippers on I bought the 5.5 and the 6 because I am between sizes and the 5.5 were a tad tight so went with the 6 Run and get them now before they sell out you won’t regret it!"

Lovely loafers

"These are very soft and comfortable. The toe area is slightly smaller, I usually wear a 7. 5 and ordered an 8. It fits comfortably without extra room. The look is absolutely lovely and classy. Perfect for when you want a brown loafer. I like that you can wear the heel folded down if you want, although I most likely won't. I'd say go up half a size, but that could just be me. I would definitely recommend and love them. They do make your feet a little hot so you'll want to wear a sock."
