Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"I love these shoes. They are a thin suede (and relatively soft/thin sole), so they don’t need breaking in. They are very comfortable as well. I love the style and ability to dress up or down. I wear a 10. 5 or 11 depending on brand, and the 10. 5 fit perfectly (almost with room). The only consideration I’d offer is that because of the thin suede body of the shoe, they can feel somewhat slipper-like."

Too expensive for the quality

"These look cute at first but the quality is so poor. I've probably only worn them 4 or five times and already the black has rubbed off on the sides. They look like I've been wearing them for a year. And mind you, I sit at a computer all day so it's not like I'm walking that much. Besides that, they feel so flimsy. I'm bummed that $150 didn't get me something at least a little nicer. That being said, I've gotten alot of compliments on them, and they do fit as my regular shoes do."
