Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incredibly comfortable

"Do not be fooled by the very high, skinny stiletto heel. These are super easy to walk in and are comfortable to stand in for extended periods of time. I was afraid that the very smooth outsole was going to make me slip and slide but to my surprise, it has a firm grip on smooth hard floor surfaces. I do not know how to describe the material of these shoes but it has a beautiful sheen to it and doesn't seem like it'll stain somehow. It's not entirely fabric and it's not a plastic/leather material either. These shoes run true to size however if you have thicker ankles, I think you might face some issues with the strap on this one."
