Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

definately not as pictured

"the scrunchiness of the look does not exist on the pair of black leather boots i received, they are basically flat and appear more pleated and cuffed. being a designer myself, i understand about construction. the leather is not backed with a stiffer material for the scrunch to keep it's shape as pictured. i'd be curious to see what the boots that were given 5 star reviews, look like. i would love to have posted pictures of mine, but reviews here don't allow it. and an fyi to whoever wrote up the the description details, they are incorrect. it says the shaft circumfrence is 8", if that were the case, you wouldn't be able to get your foot into the boot, and the shaft height is written as 14.25", which would make the shaft almost double than what is pictured. it seems the measurements were switched."

"Love these boots. They are definitely on-trend. The kitten heel is so comfortable. The toe front is pointed but they don't feel uncomfortable. Toes aren't crowded. The suede is nice. The color is lighter in person, more camel colored than tobacco. Definitely fall ready! They'll look really nice with barrel-type jeans tucked inside or any jean to be honest. Can be worn with everything."
