Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gorgeous but Slippery and too big

"I wanted these so badly but appears they run big … also would be wearing without six and the inside bottom within enclosed portion is slippery making them hard to walk in. I was also disappointed that the top of the show comes way up on the instep. I prefer less if my foot enclosed - especially with all the fur. I will be returning but they are beautiful….."

"nice looking shoe, but super wide. I am always an 8 but I think in these I might need a 7 for width, they are hard to keep on your feet due to the fur, and the width makes then slide right off. Not sure yet if I will exchange for smaller size or return."
