Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"These boots are amazing and beautiful style. They’re comfortable and give a good height. However I’m 4’10 and have a chunkier leg, therefore I recommend to get these boots if you’re a tall girly and get them wide calf if you have thicker calves. The length does not flatter us shorter girlys."

"First thing I love about these boots is that they actually fit my calves! Apparently I have smaller calves because I can never find boots that fit just right and these are the ones. They're a little tall for me as they go right to the very bottom of my knee so I fold them down a tiny bit. But other than that they fit perfect, they are extremely comfortable!"

"I’ve used these shoes for the past year for Rave events. All kinds of terrain, rain, shine, rocky, flat ground etc. they have been the most comfortable heeled boots I’ve had. I still ache in my toes sometimes but I do have wider feet so I’d say the shoes are true to size for the most part. Typically break in for boots/heels."

"These are EVERYTHING I was looking for! I've bought (and returned) so many knee high boots, looking for the perfect pair. The search is over! Finallyyyyy! They're comfortable, the heel is the perfect hight for me (5'7"), and most importantly, They fit my tiny a$$ calfs!! My calfs are about 11. 5" inches and these fit just right! Not crazy tight, just enough room for if I wanted to wear these with leggings/pants. I'm so happy I found my perfect 90s Buffy Summers boots!"

"As a tall and slim person, it can incredibly difficult and rare to find shoes that fit my size. I am so happy they go up to size 14 and if you have narrow slim legs, they fit perfectly like a glove! Heel and platform height is perfect, material is super stretchy, can comfortably spend hours in these, probably my new favorite boots to wear on a regular basis! The Buffy Summers boots of my late ‘90s dreams

"These boots are so comfy, so stretchy and flattering, and will make you feel like a total baddie. A girl I saw on the street in Miami the other day called them Bratz boots. I can walk for hours in them and be fine. Also, they’re perfect for narrow calves (mine are 13. 5” for reference and I normally have a really hard time finding boots that hug my calves). Obsessed!!"
