    Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

    RETURNS:

    Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

    Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

I did notice the upper pointed areas in the middle are stiffer than expected so I’m skeptical of wearing them if I expect to walk in them all day.     "Saw these at Nordstrom while traveling for work, did not buy them but they stuck in my mind so I ordered them online. Have yet to wear them but they're gorgeous.
