Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"I absolutely loved these shoes. They’re so comfortable, stylish, and went with everything. I was genuinely obsessed with them. Unfortunately, after only one month of owning them, the sole completely separated from the shoe while I was at work. I don’t even work on my feet all day, so I was really surprised this happened so quickly. I’m really disappointed because I expected them to last much longer. If they were more durable, they would easily be a 5-star shoe."

Run very small!

"These shoes are just like they were in the 90's! Still perfect and still comfortable, but I highly recommend sizing up. The footbed on these is VERY small, even compared to other Steve Madden shoes. I ordered these along with the TRIPPY Raffia platform sandal in my usual size 8, but I had to exchange these for a 9 and probably should have gone with a 10! Thankfully there's a store close by, but I would have been frustrated if I had to exchange via mail. The size 8 in the Trippy sandals fit perfectly."

"These shoes are super cute and really comfy. Definitely size up - I’m normally a 7 but had to get a size 8! Also, I’m a little skeptical about how long they’ll last… the top part is stretchy, and after wearing them fewer than 10 times, it’s already loosening. Feels and looks like good quality, but I do wonder if they actually are long-term."
