Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"I love these booties! I have them in two colors and both are so comfortable out of the box. I have medium width feet but a bunion on my one foot causes me to have to order wide widths at times. These booties in an 8M accomodates that bunion without feeling tight and the other boot feeling too wide. Both feet are very comfy. The elongated toe gives it an updated elevated look. I'm very happy with these."

Nice, except for zippers ruining the look

"Positives: -Overall comfort (slightly padded bottom) and look, is very good, even for someone who doesn't have narrow feet -Heel height (just shy of 1.5 inches) perfect for those whose feet are sensitive to over 2 inches. -chocolate brown suede beautiful Negative: Side zipper and suede flaps covering it are very shoddily done, ruffling effect, things not lined up properly, one shoe worse than the other. Ruins the elevated look of the bootie. Considering returning for replacement to see if my pair are defective but I suspect it could be the same on all pairs. (Steve Madden I expect the quality control to be better. )"
