Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"I was disappointed that the toes of the boots are much lighter compared to the pictures. However, that’s not why I gave it 3 stars! For $200, the smell of the boots are AWFUL!!! If I had kept the box I would have returned them. I had aired them out and it took three weeks to be able to keep them in my closet. I DO NOT recommend"

Great boots fit perfectly

"They fit perfectly however because they dont unzip id say be mindful of whether or not you have thicker legs because they might not fit if you have bigger calves. The distressed part was a bit much & blunt in my shoes but still i think theyre very nice i just do wish they looked as rich as they do in the picture & the same level of distressed"

"Bought these for my 16 yo daughter. We were very surprised at how different the toes of the boots are compared to the pictures. Like another review, they are much lighter than we had envisioned. We are hoping we can apply brown shoe polish to stain them darker."

Distressed in the toe area - not like the picture at all

"So the toe area was completely distressed on both boots - completely tan - whereas the rest of the boots were brown like picture - they do look super weird and I'm annoyed they don't look like the picture especially after spending $200 for them. I got them a 1/2 size bigger just because I know boots can be tight if I get them my size. They fit loose like I like boots to be. I mean they're a beautiful style and I love that they're real leather but what in the world were they thinking about the toes."

So happy with these boots

"I just got these in and they are my favorite pair of boots! Zippers are only for looks. They are pull on but the leather is soft so I found them very easy to put on and take off. I wore them all day first day and I did a lot of walking in them. After at least 9 hrs, boots were still comfortable."
