Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

SHIPPING:

SM PASS INSIDER and VIP accounts receive Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 while SM Pass SUPERSTAR and ICON accounts receive Free 2-Day Shipping on orders over $75. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Military/Air Force Bases, and we do not ship to any other countries, regions, territories, U.S. possessions, freight forwarders, PO boxes, or destinations not explicitly listed.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"I waited a long time to get these boots. The color is not what you see on the website. I am a size 6 or 6. 5 I usually go with a 6. 5 in boots but these were big I should have got a 6 I have wide feet and the 6. 5 was big on me. I will wear them. Be aware when ordering the brown is not what you see at all."

2 WORD QUALITY CONTROL! ARE THESE BOOTS WORTH THE MONEY?

"Ok here we go!!! I was super excited to order these boots, but the price tag didnt sit right with me. IDC if im an amazon user, my fiancee is in the military and military also an option. But neither here nor there lets get int these BADDIE BOOTS. I agree and understand the concept of the boot However the sole of the shoe could be prepared better and reviewed before putting into production/ shipment. My boot has the heel that is slightly turned, the bottom of the boot in the corner has extra glue just sitting there and slight opeining at the sole of the shoe. The shoe is not natural leather but a vinyl or something. The sound of the boot and the smell is my last concern. I also agree with others , departments stores such as:Dillards and Macys have the boots on sale while you have to purchase the boots at regular price and then attain a discount from there that does not equate to the other department store prices. I will be returning the boots. Just want better quality control. I rather invest in a boot that will have a better durability."

"These Boots! Talk about sexy and stylish. These did not disappoint! I’m 5’4 so a lil on the short side. The literally make it halfway up my thigh and I love it. For someone taller, it would be probably at the knee. I love how high up they come. These look cute with Jeans, a skirt, shirts, tights. The combinations are endless cause thyre so versatile. I have the brown wash, next up the cheetah print!"
