Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

And also please note if you have really wide feet go TRUE TO SIZE, I can see why most people would say it runs a little big for regular feet people. Larger sizes are badly accomodated

"The quality of the shoes is great. However, I am a size 14 foot. Instead of scaling the whole shoe up to fit, the toe is just extended absurdly long, so the whole proportion of the shoe changes and I look like I have clown shoes on - the toe box is like double the length pictured. Its awkward and flat and makes me feel like a duck. It would be so so so much to increase the size of the whole shoe and maintain the proportions as the shoe gets larger."

NEW FAVORITE BOOTS!!!

"Honestly the whole shopping experience here has been nothing but great from the start! The shoes run a little bigger than I thought they would so I contacted customer service and was able to exchange them pretty quick for another size. With that being said I needed the shoes expedited for a trip and the team did exactly that! Come to find out the boots are just a taaaad bit too big still but I made it work! I got a ton of compliments on them this past week. Looking to expand my boot collection and will definitely be doing it from Steve Madden for my next pair!!"
